Laying the Foundation for Future Performance…
The Elite Performance Youth Program serves athletes from 2nd through 8th grade and represents an important stage in our long term athletic development pathway. This program introduces young athletes to structured training while maintaining the fun and engaging environment that supports long term growth.
Athletes develop foundational movement skills such as running, jumping, landing, squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and changing direction while building coordination, strength, and body control through age appropriate training.
Training in a group environment encourages competition, confidence, and teamwork, helping athletes grow alongside their peers.
The result is a strong athletic foundation that prepares young athletes for future sports performance and lifelong health and movement.
