fundamentals

This is an intermediate developmental program designed to build on the foundation established in our Foundations program while maintaining the same fun and engaging training environment. Recommended for athletes ages 10–12. At this stage, athletes begin to refine movement quality and are introduced to more advanced training concepts in a way that is still age-appropriate and progressive.

Training places a greater emphasis on speed development, coordination under higher demands, and the introduction of structured strength and power work. Athletes learn how to sprint more efficiently, change direction with control, and develop force through jumping, landing, and basic strength movements. As their capacity grows, so does their ability to handle more complex drills, increased intensity, and greater attention to detail.

The goal is to bridge the gap between foundational development and higher-level performance training, preparing athletes for the next stage of their athletic progression.
