Our Performance Prep Program is our most advanced youth training tier, designed to prepare athletes for the demands of high school sports and high-level performance. Recommended for experienced athletes ages 13–14. At this stage, training becomes more structured, intentional, and performance-driven, bridging the gap between youth development and high school athletics.

Athletes build advanced speed qualities including acceleration, max velocity, and change of direction, while developing strength, power, and explosiveness through progressive training methods. Greater emphasis is placed on movement efficiency, force production, and the ability to apply these qualities in competitive environments. Athletes are challenged with increased intensity, more complex training, and higher expectations for execution and consistency.

Athletes learn how to train with purpose, manage effort, and take ownership of their development.
