This program begins our long-term athletic development pathway, focusing on foundational motor skills, athleticism, and mindset. Recommended for athletes ages 7–10 or those new to training and sports. Athletes are introduced to structured training in a way that is engaging, age-appropriate, and built around how young athletes learn best. Training emphasizes coordination, balance, rhythm, speed mechanics, and body control, while developing strength through foundational movement patterns like sprinting, jumping, landing, and changing direction.

Beyond physical development, the program builds confidence, focus, and positive training habits that carry into sport and everyday life. Athletes learn how to move well first, creating a strong base for future speed, strength, and performance training.
