After transferring to DBU, she returned to APEC as a full-time performance coach from 2022 to 2025. There, she trained athletes of all ages and backgrounds, from youth to collegiate athletes and adults.

With firsthand experience in the demands of high-level competition, Karlee is passionate about guiding others through purposeful training that builds not just stronger, faster athletes but more confident and resilient ones.
