This program is built for field sport athletes who need to accelerate quickly, change direction with control, and repeat high-intensity efforts throughout the course of a game. Training focuses on developing first-step explosiveness, top-end speed, and the ability to decelerate and re-accelerate efficiently in any direction. Athletes also build the strength and power needed to apply these qualities on the field, improving their ability to create separation, close space, and win key moments in competition. Grounded in the same training principles we apply with athletes from the NFL, MLS, and NWSL.
