Bio
Brendan Fagan was born in Maryland and moved to Kansas City before settling in Flower Mound, Texas. He attended Marcus High School and participated in the football, soccer, and track programs.
After high school, Brendan attended Oklahoma State University and walked on to the football as a wide receiver du.ring the 2012-2015 seasons.
With 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, he has a diverse coaching background, having trained athletes of all ages and skill levels. His career includes leading programs for adult, youth, and elite athletes, such as NFL Combine preparation and MLB offseason.
