The Elite Performance Prep program is the next step in our long-term athletic development pathway, designed specifically for middle school athletes. This program bridges the gap between fundamental movement development and sport-specific preparation, introducing more advanced physical and mental training concepts while preserving the playful, engaging environment critical to long-term success.

performance Prep marks the beginning of a more structured approach to movement, coordination, and strength.
Our program emphasizes the refinement of fundamental movement patterns - squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling, jumping, and sprinting - while introducing developmental resistance training and movement variability exercises that improve motor control and adaptability. Whether preparing for high school sports or simply developing lifelong movement literacy, this program lays the groundwork for Elite Performance and long-term health.
